    This one happened today
I was playing Multiman Brawl after i edited it, I picked my character, the disc stopped and then it said "An error has occurred. Press the eject button, remove the game disk, and turn off the power to the console. Please read the Wii operations manual for further instructions."

No, your Wii has been getting more dust than usual and can't read the disk(s). Either deal with it, get a "Wii Lens Cleaner", or get a new Wii.
