OK so I have searched and searched and watched video after video and I still need help with some stuff.

-How do you change the in game character portrait? And silhouette too?

-Can I make announcer sfx changes if im using gecko? If so, how can I change it from donkey kong to shadow?

-How do I change the stock icons to show up at end game? They are there if i play a 1p game but when I play as shadow over DK, dk's head will still show up end game signaling that someone killed dk when it was really shadow.

-May be a dumb question, but is their an easier way to preview changes made either PSA or portraits rather than constantly pulling out the sd card and putting it back in?

    Gecko does not support SFX

    Stock icons are located in the results stage file STGRESULT.pac inside MiscData[120].brres

    In-game portraits can be changed by changing the InFace### files found in pf/info/portrite

    Also, PSAs and CSPs have to be manually tested in game for now.

    Those files are .brres right? How do I convert my .png to a .brres? Is it as simple as saving it with that extension or is it a little more difficult?

    Simply open up the .brres files in Brawl Box and replace the file in the Textures folder with the .png of your choice.

    OK what about in game character names? I am really only concerned with multiplayer mode so what file should I grab to change?

    info_en.brres, found in pf/info2

    Make sure to test that in Multiplayer, it doesnt change it for Training mode.

    So to make the name myself, should I just put a black background and put white text over it or go about it another way?

    That should be fine. I normally "Frankenstein" my names, by which I mean I take letters from other characters' names and piece them together to preserve the font.

    Because I don't know what the font is. >_>

    I just tried that and failed miserably haha I just wish we knew what font it was. Same with my CSS I am using, I have no clue what font I am using so I cant change the ones I need
