Could you just have him turn into a recolored Morph Ball?  I can't think of anything else really and it'd be better than having him turn invisible.

Also, Pac-Mokujin should be awesome.  Glad to see some SFxT models getting ripped.  Gives me hope for Yoshimitsu. :P
