sonic brawler said he transferred the goku psa to ganondorf the proper way though back when it was over captain falcon. so im sure he is able to transfer it over when it is completely done. ill talk to him about it first

but i don't like using the .rel port since it causes many problems and gfx bugs. But if you want i can rebuild your Ryu PSA into Ganon if you don't have PSAed that much. I do have other things to do but i would love to help :)

since he is ported the real way. no rel files. I think the rel method is keeping the old sfx files and locks them so they can't be changed.

Me too. it seem that the .rel files cause nothing but troublke to me. they eiter cause graphical glitches or freeze at random.
