Super quick suggestion while you're ahead,

Since the legs were most likely meant to clip when in t-pose, his hips are really small, and it looks a bit odd. If you can make his hips a little bigger and his shorts a lot baggier, it'll look a bit more natural. You can do it so his hips follow the natural curve of the body and slowly get bigger, with the offending section of the hips going smaller to bigger, like a cone.

Just a suggestion though.

I might, or I could just make his model clip when in T-pose to keep his slnder form. I'll figure out which one I'll do when I go to rig it

thats nightmare luffy-luffy absorbed the shadows of i think 100/1000 pirates and gained whatever skills they had. it says he will have gear to in the OP

Lol, this model is some much smaller than the last, the arms about half the old ones length :srs: I'll see if he looks good after I stretch him to fit the old luffys bones, or if I'll have to reorganize Luffys bones

Just to let you guys know. I'm kinda slow on progress with Luffy ATM. I'm concentrating on getting my roll with the Sanji project done and over with. Though good news. I have more luffy outfits, which give me a total of six :af: :af: :af: :af: meaning when everything's done and over with (as I'm not riging the ALT models till the projects done) each slot with be a different model

Yeah, the only little thing is to stretch every single model by the same values, due to the fact that 3D Ripper DX squishes them in a uniform manner...

I have to sorry im sorry for the sudden shut up. Complicated [censored] behind it. I can promise you'll see animation progress and what not within the next few weeks. it's my fault for the no progress so far, so i'm making sure that I pass on the luffy model off as soon as possible to the other members (Meaning a rigged and working state, but without all his extra flash which will be needed only for a few animations) I ahve his bone tree saved online so once I reT-pose Luffy I'll rig his basic structure then BAM! I pass him along and progress starts, no ifs ands or buts on my part lol. Again im sorry for you faithful fans.

On another note I got around to post the mvoeset. It has soem holes in it as I lost the finished version when my pc crashed. I'll patch it up soon
