Basically whats left is Tilts, Forward Smash, NB:Air, DownB air/ground, UpB: Ground and the Grabs. As for things like Taunts, wins, and what not, thats Pervy's territory.

I just remembered the cliff attacks. I'll throw those on the list too.

His attacks don't string well, hes one of the most light weight characters, and hes not to fast. Plus his final smash's harm him as well. I'd say he balances well. And a decent amount don't do backward damage considering that's more of a charge than attack
