For some reason I can't get the highpoly models from FF12. Would you be okay with the lowpoly ones?

Yep. It's the highpoly model from FF13 so you might have to optimize it a bit. I also got her model from 13-2 if you want it.

FF12 doesnt use hipoly models, they started using an active battle system, in which they used the same lowpoly model throughout all cutscenes and battle sequences.

square has repeated this practice ever since.

however lucky enough with the evolution of the normal map, they've successed in covering that up

Well when I dump the files from the game I get a few folders including "c" which has the characters and "hc" which should hold the hipoly models. Although incomplete and/or broken I did find a model of a face that looks more detailed than it's lowpoly counterpart.

Crona is not in the game but I can get you Black Star. I haven't really looked at the stages yet.
