How to use CSPs?

I have downloaded characters and some of them come with BP and CSP files (like Voltorb_BP and Voltorb_CSP. I need to know how to get them into the game. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It has nothing to do with not knowing how to use forums. I forgot that I had switched to that board. I meant to put it here. Sorry.
