Ive just started hacking brawl, and ive gotten a few to work already, but ive been trying to get a Scott Pilgrim over Lucas to work (link provided), but without success. Ive put EVERYTHING in the lucas folder that was provided straight onto my SD card, and i made the code that was provided into a .gct file, and put it into the codes folder. When i play the game, only lucas shows up. Am i not doing something right? did i forget something? help would be appreciated, as I would like to improve at this. Thanks!

Make sure the file is named FitLucas.pac
Apart from that... I'm not quite sure what to say. It's not freezing, so my guess is it's a file location/naming problem.

yeah i do have that right. Could it have possibly been the code that was given? They gave the "Scott has no tether - 04B0B81C 00000000" and i made it into a .gct code file and just loaded it though gecko. its odd that its not working for this but it worked for the others i tried

Is the .gct file named RSBE01.gct if you are an NTSC user?
    Also, the code isn't needed.
Is the animation file named FitLucasMotionEtc.pac?

You mentioned you've gotten other hacks to work; have you gotten any working over Lucas in the past?
