... Though I do have a question about the anime. I've watched... 7 episodes I think, eventually, is there a recurring plot?
Other than that the anime is awesome(though I cant stand whatever-the-main-character's-called's voice when he goes into chibi mode... ugh)

Also, imo I don't hate the voice at all. I feel it gives Tomoki character.

Well its got as much plot as Sonic Generations, its there. But pretty minimal. All in all the anime is mostly the cast going out and doing random stuff, which sells it for me. Its a laid back anime with bits of epic here and there. Especially in Forte.

I'm on vacation so it's at a stand still for me. I'm typing this at the beach. I should be back my Saturday, hopefully.....or Sunday. BlackJax says he is still modeling Ikaros' face/body/[censored].

Any specifics? Obviously, for now, it's just the beginning ideas as we are currently working on models for the moveset.

Neutral B: Artemis:

A total of 6 of Pit's arrows recolored red/white.
You will hold B and 1 will go at a time(not all at once). Speed of release: 2 per 1 second.
They will track the opponent but not completely accurate because that would be cheap.
After they use that move they can't use it again for 5 seconds. When the 5 seconds have finished she will
flash/blink white once. That will alert player that she can use it again.(This is to prevent spam)
Note: You may be able to control it, but undecided as of now. Either controlling it or automatic heatseeking.
Also, just like Pit you can turn your self horizontally or even aim upward.

The way this attack is meant to work, it can't operate in the Air. Also, instead of having this attack (Which seems to operate oddly and impossible to PSA at this moment, I mean, track the opponent?), why not just make Apollon Neutral B, and use something else for Side B (Grounded)? Side B Grounded could be the same one BJ has on the OP as Side B (Air).

Side B(Ground): Apollon:

The bow with a firey arrow will be able to be aimed absolutely anywhere except below her because she is on
the ground. When it hits either the ground or an opponent it will create a fairly medium-large explosion
of a darkness GFX and an explosion GFX.

This attack seems nearly impossible to code, too. Aimed to every direction? How would you achieve that? ._. I would suggest using Pit's mechanic for this attack, just that the Arrow can't be manipulated (Maybe only for the first second so it can be angled, sort of how it works in Project M).

Special Ability: Pandora:

Ikaros will recover 12% damage every 35 seconds. She will have a cool GFX(probably the heal gfx that you get when you get a Health Heart) around her lasting 1 second that shows
she recovered damage.

12%? Should this Special Ability really be added at all?

Special Move: Hephaestus:

The Uranus System charges up energy then fires an enormous blast of heat energy.
This blast is big enough to be seen from space. It is possible that this attack
could destroy the planet or come close. This CAN BE used WITHOUT the Uranus System.
This move is used against the twins Gamma and Harpie.

You'll be able to use this move without Uranus system if you have at least 150% damage. You can only use it
once, so use it wisely. You can only use it where you are looking and you can't rotate yourself. It will
be the GFX-Lucario's Final Smash.

People by this date consider Cloud's "Special Move" Omnislash to be a bit over the top, but this move? This moveset sounds like it would fit in B- nicely. Most decent players can survive up to 150%. This move is overdoing it.

@Final Smashes: broken is fine there. Everything sounds great.

No input on the Smashes and Aerials as I can't load those videos at this moment.

You seem to be forgetting this PSA (As far as I know) is aimed to vBrawl and to be Balanced. vBrawl roster isn't a roster full of sparkly characters, and most characters aren't canon to their game entirely.

@NeutralB-I was thinking Artemis can use something such as Sonic's homing attack to track to an opponent. Btw, Artemis may not be applicable in the air. Undecided.
@SideB-We could look into how the cracker launcher is coded to move up and down.
@Pandora-Yes, but we can make it so the effect begins @ 100-150% damage.
@Hephaestus-As a Neutral B? She can't use it whenever she wants usually as that would be cheap. I feel how I stated it will be more balanced and a nice feature.

Also, these are just ideas for her moves.
How would you say for Goku fitting in Brawl. If Goku can fit Ikaros definitely should be able to.
