So, I've recently found out that you can replace a trophy's textures in BrawlBox to have the trophy display an actual reskin by transferring texturedata[0] onto it from the .pcs or .pac file of the texture.

So apparently invisibility is unsolveable,so not gonna deal with that.  Blah.

Anyways, when dealing with custom trophy textures I've found that on occasion accessories (Fox's belt-tied reflector on, say, Das Donkii's Military Fox texture) start to glitch when on trophies, resulting in awful-looking wireframes.  If I get the chance I'll post later how exactly I managed to get that...not that complicated.

Blah.

As before, any help would be nice (preferably from people experienced with this sort of thing).

Thanks,
Andarel

While I can get the texture on, invisibility just hasn't been working.  Large black splotches, constantly.  For example:

Shadow Queen Zelda (the most important culprit):

What it should look like versus what it does look like - note the fact that the arms are black and the flap at the front of Zelda's dress is still there, just solid black: all the invisibility just flat-out does not work.  For the record, that first image was made by someone else using this exact same method...which is how I know that it's at least possible.  Blah.

For anyone willing to help, all the needed files are stored here, and here is a pre-made one that does not work (might be simpler to start from there).

I would be extremely grateful to anyone willing to help.  Thanks muchly!

    Andarel:

I'm experimenting the same issue, so what I found is that the invisibility problem is caused by the model, not by the textures. Maybe you have noticed that the trophie's models are quite simpler than the ones from the fighters, sometimes, they cannot support transparencies.

A partial solution could be replacing that model with the one used in FitZelda00.pac or .pcs, but you would have to rename and move some bones in order to make it work with a nice pose.

If you want me to explain you those last steps, send me a PM
