Basically any character, except Wario, Zelda, Sheik, Bowser. Zelda and Sheik are unsure for now so we will try later

Yeah because they have no sonic ports
We might not be able to release it because .rel files are banned so if we aren't allowed, this might stay private and never be released. It all depends on the Admins decision

Yeah it does, if a rel file isn't used, it's just Sonic with Shadow moves unless a complete moveset was made with it

Can you explain
If you just port it with a .rel file, it's Perfect Sonic. But if you don't, you just have Sonic with Shadow's moves which is pointless, because you have shadow over sonic
