What is it that you exactly want from the stage; the BG, the effects, or both?

If its just the stage BG I can more than likely get it for you.

I need the actual field(where brawl characters fight on) and the background.
I'll create the effects myself.
I just need that and I'm fine.

By BG I was referring to the stage model itself, but nonetheless you're in luck. Managed to find the folder on my HDD containing the ripped models.

Also, I was skimming through some of the files from the same game and managed to find a couple a stages with many visual similarities to the field. If you'd like I could PM them to you in a .zip file. Who knows, maybe they'll come in handy?
