help with character select menu

so I downloaded this new menu http://www.mediafire.com/?gysuf58a37vuxr4 that zelfi made i put it in the right folder but it doesn't look how its suppose to. I cant target the third computer player the markers for which character your one does not show and zss sheik ivysaur charizard squirtle spots do not appear i saw that he gave credit to ASF1nk maybe he made it while having his code on and i might need the code any ideas?

Yeah, you probably need ASF1nk's codes to make it work properly.

you don't happen to have a link to the code would you? i like ASF1nk too its just that I dont like that it has the giga bowser warrior man and the alloys
