-codes work perfectly and textures not loading

someone has an idea

    i am using North American Brawl
    in CD (Backup) and usb
    and run it from:

    -neogamma R9 beta 56
    -configurable usb loader
    -gecko 1.9.3 r31 v70

    and always it´s the same
