I was thinking of a foreman spike recolour but u basically thought of it But are really good recolors

For the red one, maybe make his overalls a different color? It blends in too much with his shirt, I think. Maybe some shade of green so it stands out more?

Also, judging by the Mario Tennis pic, it looks like brown Waluigi's shoes should be more purple-ish.

I love the Super Mairo Bros Super Show, have the whole series, along with the complete series of The Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3 on DVD. I always aquainted the tall, thin, lime-yellow and purple plumber as waluigi since the one to the lef tof him looked like Wario a bit. I always found the diretor of the plumbing academy to have King Koopa's voice, as if it was a sign that the Bros would be battleing him for years to come. xD
I would've pitched in colors except I made that post extremely early this morning (aka after midnight so I had to go to sleep), and I couldn't really come up with anything.
I suggest editing the brown recolor a bit, looks grey instead of brown. :-/

I don't mean this in any disrespect, but is that the final model, or are you adding the details to Waluigi's overalls later? Since they looked a bit more shaded and denim-y in Brawl than they do there, same with his shirt and cap, sorta, but it's much more noticeable with the pants and shirt.

well to be fair brawl hacking comunity is alot less active thant it was when the first waluigi was out, there are less ppl its that simple and lots of ppl dont even know a v2 is being made due to beng subs to the old thread only

This place is just filled with Naruto/DBZ/Bleach/FF/Sonic fan dummies. Who don't have a sense of Smash realism. :/
Because those characters would SO fit into a Smash game...

As for me, I'm looking forward to Waluigi. Since the last version had a pretty nice playstyle.

And he was a pretty good fit with the roster. He just needed some refinement... Which is what he's getting.


I also look forward to future projects.

Been on these forums for over a year now, and I'm just now finding out that you can subscribe to threads, well it's a good thing, it forces me to look for old threads and I end up finding newer ones and learning what's been going on recently. I guess there being less people on the forums might explain why the newer and better hacks get fewer downloads than the older and crappier hacks.....why do I always bring up my unpopularity on the vault in random threads?
@Tttttsd I believe he's going for a look closer to his older form, where Waluigi had black overalls instead of denim overalls, which I find the black better, stood out more than denim overalls and purple shirt, the colors were a bit too close in my opinion.
@MK, I find it funny how you said to not use recolors that were used by Mario, Luigi or Wario, and yet the red recolor is like a flip-flop of Luigi's red color. xD

Yeah but it looks like he's lost detail on the shading of the shirt, even. The color or texture, or denim isn't the problem, it's the lost shading on a lot of his body. The model looks more flexible, but less detailed in that regard.

i might change the colours on abit, and the shoe colours on the Brown one look fine to me

no disrespect at all, the model it self is complete BUT the texture needs more work on the overalls, im not a master texture so it'll take me awhile to make it look nice, i spent along time on his face, also there on a non-lighted scene so it might look better in game

Yeah, the model and texturing on most of the very important parts look damn fine. Your handiwork is supreme because if that was made from scratch like I think it was, you replicated the visual flare of the Purple hero perfectly. The facial shape and body structure are perfectly proportioned in terms of Waluigi, and his overalls do have a detailed shade to them, it's more noticable in palettes like the one where they're white. They remind me of Classic Wario's overalls, and for what that's worth, it's probably good that they do, makes him like Wario and less like the standard Brawl plumber, which is perfect. I wish I'd applied to test the Project M version sooner, but I was really nervous and was way busy. Either way, can't wait to see the final product, all that really needs detailing is maybe the shirt and the cap, and that'd be just some extra shades. Overall, model is damn fine, especially the movable fingers.
