I'm a n00b. Can someone assist me in getting started?

I've never hacked a Wii before, but I just used Youtube tutorials to download something called Homebrew channel. Now I am at the point where I download the hacks I want, and there's one in particular that I really want to play with.

The only problem is that I can't seem to find a download link. I want to play as Banjo, but I don't really know how to accomplish that. Sorry for being such a n00b. If anyone can assist me, I'd be really appreciative.
