I am wanting to put a WoW character over link, but the models I have are not T-Posed. Does anyone know a way to make it T-Posed easily? Image below.

Im still learning but if you use the rotate button and point it on the shoulder bone, it would give a tpose, only problem i got is when you edit mesh the underlayer keeps the original form
