Alright! After watching all the episodes of Kill La Kill, I have a good idea about how this moveset would look like. I don't have all the moves yet, but I'm gonna re-watch some scenes which had pretty interesting moves.

Yea... I also thought that way...
OR we could make a Final Smash that (will be monstruously hardcoded) makes her go into Decapitation Mode. So you can go with Ryuko hitting all around with her gigantic scissor blade, then in the end, she strikes with her Sen-i-So[censored]su to end this mode. |

And you would be able to do the Seni-SoSh itsu at any time but it would end the Decapitation mode

I have some grave news...
My Importer, PK, has resigned from Brawl modding. I'm sad to see him go but he has more exciting things to do with his life.
What this means is,
-I need a new importer, even if you a n00bsack, you still know what your doing more than I do...
-Kokuto may never see the light of day unless someone can finish his rig(PK started and then was like [censored] this [censored] and stopped.Apparently his model was a pain in the ass)
I can still do Ryuko, Kenny, and DeiDei but I need someone to finish Kokuto

Um hi Hidan and Akeno um I know something that does part of what you trying to do, the Juri PSA made by Jrush64. Juri's final smash makes her next 15 attacks way faster and much stronger on you use 15 attacks the power up ends. Maybe that PSA can show you how to do what your planning on doing. That's sometimes the only reason I get them since it's rare for me to play at all... Lol... But not on break
