Besides, I haven't seen any true evidence that the guy is "cheating" (though it's not a game, dammit ! ). Damn, there are a lot of people whose first texture has been Shadow, or would like it to be. You guys can't deny that. It's the most basic kind of thing a newbie texturer would want.  :P

And finally, if he's the idiot there, then you guys shouldn't be the ones talking about it. He should. So please stop with this, and look at other pretty things that are not a download count. Do some textures, help people in need, kiss your mother,... idk. But get your eyes of the top Downloads.

Maybe if I had passed by the same kind of threads with but with CSPs/music/etc instead of CSS, I wouldn't have been kinder.

Wow there is so many things wrong with what Miacis Kusanagi did and said, that I won't even bother with him.

I've got a question about what you said about PAL users being able to use a "standered" one.

I downloaded the oe on the OP and it kinda worked, but the bottom two rows were dead, but I assume that's becasue it's the regular one and not the standerd one you were talking about.

Has this standered one been released? Or am I another person who's waiting with this crowd XD

No Hellmonkey it hasn't been released, I guess you also have to wait, but since you a PAL user I guess you can help me out, what codes were the ones that wouldn't let my CSS work?
Also does PAL have the latest File Patch code?

These are the codes that don't work, because they are for US Brawl (well the ones that are needed to use the CSS properly):

But when I put the CSS file in, it did show up, but it didn't work completely (as I said, the bottom two rows didn't work), so I assume those codes are just to get all the extra character tos show up, the pokemon, alloys etc.

But really I'd be happy with just the standerd one, so I can't wait XD

And sadly PAL users do not havethe latest FIle Code, they have toope this one before the one that lets you use music.

Everywhere I lok seems to have too much information regarding CSS. I can't tell what is minimally needed to simply have the Alloys, Poke'mon, and ZSS on the CSS.

I don't want GigsBowser or WarioMan on the select screen.

So 2 questions:
1=What do I SIMPLY do to add what I wrote above?
2=If I did want to use only the CSS menu (any) that is above, (no custom character images or names) would I HAVE to use a program and open up any annoying files? Or Could I just download it, place it in a folder and use these codes?

The answer obviously already exists somewhere in the help sections, but they are covered with information on creating your own, and steps to do things I don't want to. I've tried doing searches to get a simple answer, but lots of this goes above my head. I know that asking a simple question often gets a flaming reply here. but remember that no matter how much time and effort is put into the Help Section, people will still need to just have simple questions answered by those who understand.
