Random Speed up and slow down

When I'm having a match with 4 players the match randomly slows down and then speeds up and then goes back to normal speed. How can I fix this? I tried formating my sd card and that didnt help. I also recently made a new pit texture with the no jewlery, no wings, no armrings, and no laurel hack. Could that be it?
Using an NTSC brawl with no camera restriction, latest file replacement code, more stages code, and custom CSS.
EDIT: Nvm it was the custom pit, the polygons that were removed is what caused it.

Hexing out the vertices instead of the polygons is always better.

They produce the same effect as hexing out polygons if you hex out a vertice.
Instead of zeroing them out, they need to be shoved inside the character.
