That's a good one, but as said, making such animations would take forever. Furthermore, I have lots of ideas everyday and not much time to make them. I have exams soon and I will have to stop my activities for a while.

I can't. I would have loved making it, that's one of my first thoughts along with Fourside and Mushroom, but Kurobit's already making it. I can't steal a project like this. So wait until he's done with it, I've heard he has just returned to the scene.

SoulSilver is looking cool. I think I'd prefer the bubbles to help the underwater feel. It'd be cool if a small amount of bubbles rose from the ground and moved with the ground (in the background) as well, along with some dirt being kicked up behind Lugia, buuuut that's probably not feasible. I'd also nitpick about Lugia's wings looking like they could be pulled back a little more, but I'm sure a seemingly simple change like that would require MASSIVE changes to the animation, and I would never wish that upon you

I'm with you with everything you said. The rising bubbles will be made too, but not the dirt. Lugia is not near the ground as in the original intro, because of ground/lugia showing conflicts. If I move the ground upwards, the players will be able to reach it, and if I don't make it a floor, it will be weird as you trespass it. And if I move lugia downwards, then we will not see him properly. So I decided making the stage this way. I was thinking on making a higher ground version in the future, with moving collisions similar to big blue's so you die if you fall in there and don't jump quickly. But this would be for that future version, the one I'm making now is intending to be the same as Ho-oh's in collision/boundaries matters.
