Character/PSA Hacks

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to add a texture and PSA hack, such as shadow over sonic with a new moveset, for just one of a character's costumes/colors so for sonic if I play normal color it's sonic's original moveset and then if I play against red sonic (shadow) it's shadow's moveset? Thanks

I don't remember seeing it there, but I could have read the wrong FAQ. Anyway, if you want a Sonic moveset and Shadow moveset, you could port Sonic onto another character and use that one for Shadow or keep Shadow on Sonic and use the other character to use Sonic on.

I put shadow over dk, and keep sonic the same. I also have sonic and tails over the ice climbers, and they have very similar moves to sonic, except no homing attack. I can get the links if you want.
