    Ok well again I was thinking that room in the Spirit temple with the big statue, whose face you have to blow off in order to get to the boss room. This room:



    We could do so much with this room. We could either hae the players fight across her head, shoulders, and the two platforms on the sides, or we could have them fight on her hands, arms, and platforms on the sides, or a combination of the two (this would require the pose for the statue to be altered a little, but it would make the stage more enjoyable).

    Zoras domain would be fun indeed. But I agree, complex. I personally think Ambi's Palace would be fun, because since it was just in a 2D game, it would give us a lot of artistic liscence, and we could put in floating platforms or whatever we need.


    Man I [censored]ing love that idea, not gonna lie. I don't know about fighting on top of the statue. One because you can't really appreciate the visual, and the collisions will look weird, and adding shadows will be a pain in the ass. I also thought in her hands, but they're too far away from each other for a player to jump from a hand, to another.

    How about here? That way it's not flat, not a walk off, and you can see the sexyness of the statue.

    why not make the spirit train from Legend of zelda: Spirit tracks? you can battle on the train. And if you fall off, it would be like in the big blue stage. Every once in a while, the train will go through one of those portals, taking everyone to some point on the map.

    True, but that's not on Spirit Temple originally. I hate stages with added platforms, juts to make a stage not flat and walk off, in this case is a bit different though, but still.

    Well what if we go with the idea someone suggested of the statue actually being mechanical? Her hands could move close and then farther away. It would certainly make for an interesting yet fun stage. Besides, look what BSZ did with Stone Tower.

    I'm liking that statue room idea. Especially the idea of fighting on the hands.

    I know it didn't move in the game, but maybe the arms could move back and forth? Start off where they are, then kinda get closer, then separate, etc.

    Or up and down?

    I dunno, just throwing that out there.

    I see what Stallion is saying though, you wouldn't really be able to see the statue. I think the areas he circled would be fine, since there's not only room to fight, but a big gap in the middle to fall down as well.

    Kinda like Bridge of Eldin with the chunk missing.

    Not sure if I understand, but you want the statue to move? o_O (You'll never see me make that face again, so enjoy it)

    I want it to resemble Spirit Temple, and not add platforms or moving hands. Sorry I'm so picky, but I never settle. Stages take so long and require a lot of work and patience, so I can't just do anything. I have to really like it, and be into it for me to finish it. Therefore, it's another lost project.

    I like Stone Tower Temple, but that is one big ass stage for Brawl. It takes way too long for someone to die.

    I'm waiting for you to add me on MSN, so it's easier and faster to discuss this.

    Personally I think the bridge on Gerudo Valley would be a good stage. It has a nice, scenic layout, and plenty of variation from being a simple, flat stage. The signs above the two ends of the bridge could be walls, and add some variety similar to the triangle blocks in SSB64: Peach's Castle.

    So that you get the valley, you could make the bridge a fall-through, and the ledges on the side as some small platforms. To spice it up a bit and make the part below the bridge more balanced, you could animate one of those floating flower/leaf transports, and have it stationary (or maybe move around somewhat, idk).

    I can't for Spirit Temple to be finished so Demonslayer can make Dark Link's Temple, Water Temple, and Spirit Temple into the Castle Siege stage.

    Water Temple's swimmable water won't work, unless it's over Jungle Japes. I don't know if there's a way to change that, maybe Mewthree can figure it out one day, but so far, it isn't possible. Besides, I don't want him to edit or use my stage for anything.

    Black Boo, so Spirit Temple it is then? Looking at the poll, it also thinks that way. I'm more than happy with that, and I will teach you everything you need to know, so one day you can make your own stages Wink

    KC:MM needs more Stages posted on the blog. Poor Mewtwo all by himself and Lensho doesn't hack anymore apparently :c
