    I want to prevent waluigi and shadow from appearing as assist trophies because I have them as playable characters. Is there anyway to remove them?

    Turn off Assist Trophies.

    He probably wants to have Assist Trophies on. But just have it so that just Waluigi and Shadow don't appear.
