I seem to have trouble editing subroutines, for example Marios fireball, because BrawlBox keeps deleting every Subaction of stuff I edit, and SmashAttacks does not seem to be able to display Subroutines. Anyone got an altenative programm or Method I could use?

BBox can edit subroutines.

After you make the subroutine (and put stuff in it), you have to make a reference to it inside of a subaction, otherwise it just deletes it.

No, I don't mean it deletes the subroutine, it just deletes EVERYTHING for me. Everything except attributes.

How long have you been editing it on BrawlBox? Cause multiple saves on BrawlBox can really mess up the PAC File. It is advised that you do a bulk of the work in PSA 1st, then do things that only BrawlBox can do on BrawlBox.

Even if I have never edited the file before, once I save it and either try to test it or even just re-open it, everything is gone. Thats the reason I haven't used it to edit my files, instead I use it to find out the values and stuff and do the editing with SmashAttacks. But SmashAttacks won't display all of the subroutines, just most of them. But it looks like other people can use BrawlBox to do that stuff without problems so I'll just try and redownload it.

Ok, that did not work. The newly downloaded version won't even show me the MoveDef_ section, just says MiscData. Oh well.

BrawlBox v0.67d was the last version to support Moveset Editing. Use that instead.

Ok, I believe/hope it works now. Thanks you very much.

Wasn't the last version that supported PSAing  0.68b?

I've been out of modding for a while. Been busy with other things. The least I can do is reply to help topics.
