I have a Zeldas with every hair and breast size with normal ears that I made for Link. Too many files though so he didn't put them up. Maybe some touch up things on them like the side of her hair that hangs down in the front.

Make the hair/Skin color more like this:
, also use the Human Ears and Vertex her Hair more like Tifa's, perhaps a little retouch on her face to make her as Tifa's. :P

But okay, I see what you mean. I don't know much about FF7 so I thought that was pretty accurate, but it could be improved. I'll take a look at it and see what I can do.
