On Mario's smash final of "SMBZ Moveset: Mario 3.6"( http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=25413 ), he can float freely for all the stage. Please, can someone tell me how I do this?

I believe you have to be in his cape mode and I am pretty sure you can just walk up and down to control it.
