Hey i was adding thumbnail pics to the map select screen and i found out that the file was causing my freezing problem.

Ive edited it before but how did it become corrupted so i dont let this happen again in the future. could it be the actual file that i replace one texture with?

Also, assuming you've got several custom pictures in use, you may want to make sure that your Sc_sel.map file isn't too large. I was having a problem with freezing earlier today and it turned out that the file had simply grown too large due to imports. Try to keep it under 1,212,000 byes total.

thanks yeah i usually downlaod the pic from online, edit it on photoshop and then import them mostly the stage icons and images.

I think you may be right because it was already super edited from the start. maybe i will start my own file from a clean version. anyone know where to get those untouched files?
