Need some major help

Alright so...in order to get this custom character to work I need all the unedited, raw .pcs and .pac files from the games disc... I was wondering if someone could reupload every single characters files...

if not can someone at least teach me how to extract em from my games disc? thanks

You can get them either from the resources here, or this compilation of every file in that resources section of mine here: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3
