You can do by editing the animations.

Ok, here's how (please realize that this will affect all of a characters textures and is a very tedious process):

    1. Open up the mdl0 (or texture .pcs/pac) and preview it.

    2. Open up the animation editor on the right. Click "load" and select your Fit(character name)MotionEtc.pac

    3. You'll see a list of all the characters animations. Select an animation on the right and a bone on the left that'll change the size of the entire mdl0 (usually the TransN or TopN but there are others).

4.Under the animation editor you should see something like Translation, Rotation, and Scale. Obviously you want to change the scale, so change that to whatever you want it be. So if you want 'em twice as big you would put a 2 in each box under scale.

    5. You should see the model get bigger.

    6. Now do that with every single animation. Save. Then put the motion file in the characters folder on your sd card.

    The End.
