why does sc_title.pac not appear

so as usual, im just hacking my brawl and i try do add custom title screen. so i add it to menu2 in pf and it dosent appear. am i putting it in the wrong directory or do i use a specific title pac? plz help.
(also im a pal riivolution user.)

Did you try renaming it to "sc_title_en.pac"? Also, even though Riivolution probably doesn't change whether or not a menu will work(Riivolution doesn't limit in many ways), being a PAL user might. Did you mod the sc_title_en.pac of an NTSC version of Brawl, a PAL version of Brawl, or some other version of Brawl? To get the PAL version of Brawl, you can follow the steps in the spoiler below:

Here's something you could try. It's long and tedious to do, but it will work!

Download this and follow this tutorial(Where it documents how to use Clean Rip; the rest of the tutorial you don't need to know for these next steps, as they're unrelated; with the exception of downloading Dolphin; you should download Dolphin to be able to do one of these steps)

Put the .iso file in a directory where you know where to go for your Dolphin games.(You need to browse for the folder and set it as like the default games folder) Open Dolphin and right-click the "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" that's in the list; Click "Properties". In the right tab, go to the "Menu2" folder in "Data Partition 2" and right-click and click "Extract" on the sc_title_en.pac.
