Where would the files be under for modifying names that appear under a character's battle portrait? I'm trying to remove/make them transparent for my Brawl.

Reference: (Not mine but just an image to provide an example)

    They should be in "info2" -> "info_en.pac"

    That's how I made the BP background colors black and mostly transparent-ish in my first mod, so I'm guessing the names are in the same file. Not sure how to remove the names entirely, though, as, if you look at the screenshot below, you'll notice that when I removed the backgrounds, I could manage to get them mostly transparent. I'm guessing the same thing with the names, and I honestly could never figure out how to make it 100% invisible.

    Nice. Thanks for assisting me with finding the model for the BP names. I'll try messing with it a little bit when I'm free. Till then, I'll update when I have my results.

    Edit:

    Ah. I just found their names listed in the Texture files in the Info_en.pac. I think I'll work with those instead.

    Edit again:

    I was able to remove battle portrait names by making them transparent. All I had to do was export their names found in the MiscData[30] in the info_en.pac and then black them out with my a preferred image editing software.

    After I testing it on my wii, it worked successfully. Cheesy
