So a few days a go i decided to combine PM 3.02 movesets with the PM 3.6 aesthetics. What i did was replace the figther folder from 3.6 with the  one of 3.02, when i tested the game most of the things was fine, but ther where some issues.
1.- Roy and mewtwo don't SFX.
2.- Mewtwo and Lucario can't keep the aura shpere/shadow ball charge. when they are charging and then you pres L or R and you want to start charging again the charge will start all the way from the begining, even if you fully charge it and you press b again he will start charging a new aura shpere/shadow ball.
3.- The edges of the stages are like brwal ones, when a charcter is not that close from the edge and they are not executing any move they will hang from it.
I thougth that if i replace all the characters REL files from the module folder the Mewtwo and Lucario's issue would be fixed but it dosen't changed anything.
Also it seems that AI is not the one from 3.6 if some one could tell me how to import it i would appreciate it
