Brawl Texture Troubles

Okay, I need help and I know some other people are having similar problems, when I try to make a texture for Fit_IkeBlade, Fit_Nsam_Koutoubu, or ply :kdance: 5KSkin, Ike's sword, Back of ZSS's head, and  :kdance: hands, respectively, It shows up as some weird Blackish, Greyish, pixelated picture. Can anyone help me plz.

I had the same problem man, i fixed it by... getting the latest brawlbox and exporting the textures, closing brawlbox, editing the textures, opening brawlbox, then replacing it. Hope it helps.
