the majority of the good ideas I had already thought of in 5mins, and listed on the first page. I wanted the opinions of the rest here to find any "new" ideas.
yet I find myself facing the same tier list that people were asking for back when brawl was still coming out.. geno, krystal, megaman, more sonic, banjo, etc.. all that good crap, ontop of now requests of characters from melee
I have yet to find a "worthy" project, but you are right. I'm looking for a good idea.

A suggestion if you ever go back to the Melee Ganondorf: make an OoT one as well. With the mullet, the red cape over the shoulders, the torn arm cloth things, and the various random spikes on the armor.

If I'm doing this wrong, please excuse my ignorance  I'll have to search or rip a decent model but, how about Goemon from the Konami Title Mystical Ninja? Looks like he could fit well with Ness, Lucas, or Mario. Just throwin' that idea out there. I got MGS3: Subsistence to run in PCSX2 without freezing, but when you try to add 3D ripper DX, the plugin fails to load and closes. So depressing.
I used versions 0.9.6 and 0.9.7
and used the GDSX9 plugin under the direct 3D9(Software)
The encryption method used in MGS3 is currently insurmountable. T.T

I wanted Volgin, Big Boss, and the Groznyj Grad area.
