You have to insert them into the common3_en.pac, then rename that pac to common3.pac and put it in "private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/system" folder on your sd card. If you need help editing the common3_en.pac, you can use Vile's guide, found here: How To Edit Items With No Hexing |
