I know it's probably not possible, and if it is possible then it's really hard to do. But is there anyway to get the Majora's Mask TL over just one slot?

I dont think so since the mask is his sword glow which is in FitToonLink.pac

It is but RandomTBush is the only one that can really do it. You can replace Toon Link's face polygons with the ones for the Majora's Mask trophy. It's easy for RTB but the people learning how to attach trophy polygons to characters are still just trying to learn.
