A file of the model that works in 3ds max 2010, preferably a .max, but whatever works is fine. Also, the textures. Just PM them to me.

alright, let me make the .max file real quick.. and the brres file that contails the textures of the stage. i'll also include the .obj file of the stage also just in case.
