Mushroomy Kingdom Sand

Hey, I'm making a mushroomy kingdom stage, and you know that snad storm thing that blows through the stage, how do I delete that, I know it's somewhere in the ef.arc file, but I don't know where. Any help would be appreciated.

I know nothing of stage hacking, so I wouldn't be able to help you there. But I do know how to dance. *Does dance*

Wouldn't it just be some sort of hex edit for the stage? Why not use another Mushroomy kingdom hack that doesn't have the sand storm?
