Everything here is pre-named to go over needed slots. If you instead want a folder where you can pick out tracks that interest you, here's a mix and match edition that has tracks from some of the Rockman EXE anime openings not included in the default download: https://www.mediafire.com/?ty5ucl9tl4b9gvp
It's complete in the sense that it fills all stages with at least one song per stage, but it doesn't fill all slots in the game. The previews are some of my favorites of the pack. Everything in the rest of the description is in the readme of the pack, so read this or read the readme after downloading, depending on what you prefer.
The contents of this folder go in projectm -> pf -> sound -> strm. Either delete everything in there first, or copy and replace all conflicting files.
All tracks were set to mono and amplified to 6.4 peak amplitude in Audcity before looped. The quality difference in some is not noticable or no big deal, and it hurts other tracks a bit but not too much.
Each stage has at least 1 song. Most of the stages on the roster only have one song each in the build.
Changed music starts at the top in "My Music" for each stage and the menu. When you're setting music probability to only include build music, you'll know each stage's music stops when regular Brawl/PM music kicks in as you go down.
This is almost all dubstep. Some of the songs aren't even dubstep. Some are just straight-up video game music, with Mega Man Star Force 1's theme, and Mega Man Star Force 3's pvp music simply ripped from the games.
Some stages have multiple songs. They are Castle Siege (2), Memeland/Meme Memes (2), Fountain of Memes (3), Pokememe Stadium 2 (2), and Saffron City (2). They all have multiple songs because there was a good amount of dubstep for their franchises. They have the "starting at the top and going down" rule, like mentioned earlier, in My Music settings.
Not all stages have franchise remixes, but the ones that do are the ones listed above, along with Jungle Japes, Onett, Peach's Castle (Paper Mario, at least), Pirate Ship, Smashville, and either Hyrule Temple or Hyrule Castle (can't remember which, but one does).
The Mega Man Battle Network music is in Lylat Cruise and Project M's Training Room. They are both dubstep remixes. The Star Force music is in Menu 1 and Corneria. They are originals ripped from the DS games.
The music from Project M's 3.0 reveal trailer is Final Destination's music.
The rest is generic dubstep. You might recognize some of it due to popularity, you might not even know some of it existed.
Enjoy! Only put in Project M v3 (doesn't matter if it's 3.0, 3.01, or 3.02). I don't know what you're thinking if you throw it straight in Brawl, non-M mods, or earlier versions of Project M, but how coocoo you are isn't my business.
Is this truly complete? Probably, probably not. Who knows, I might get past the laziness keeping me from what remained in my old collection and a small amount of new stuff and fill this with a few hundred songs for all slots. It's a maybe in the future, but for now, I'll call it done.

There are three versions.
The purple-winged version was the first I tried in order to fit it with the other purple, but the lighting makes it look weird.
There's the white-winged version, which looks the best in my opinion. I advise using it most.
There's a no-winged version, but it removes the wing textures and vertices of the wings, so I don't believe it is tournament legal. Use one of the first two, preferably the white wings, if you plan to use these in a tournament.
Based mainly on this:

Bug Style's concept art:
http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110125103406/megaman/images/8/80/MMBugStyle.jpg
Textures based on my favorite style, Bug Style. Not 100% accurate, and lines and bugs stretch with some bugs clumping, but I did my best.
There's one version with NT Warrior's evil yellow eyes, and another with normal green eyes from the concept art.
Made from GBC and Dot's Megaman.EXE, which can be found at:

More colors from SSJ is Clueless! which include Wood, Heat, Elec, Aqua, Dark MegaMan, and other colors at:

Character (Eliwood) preview:
http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20071103185656/fireemblem/images/thumb/2/25/Eliwood.jpg/250px-Eliwood.jpg
Just recolors, based on Roy's father, the marquess before him. There's already a really good Eliwood on the vault, but I wanted something legal for Project M tournament play to use.

Just textures and nothing more, based on Al, who is the protagonist in the manga, Fire Emblem: Hasha no Tsurugi. It's a great shounen with 11 volumes which can be read at http://www.mangahere.co/manga/fire_emblem_hasha_no_tsurugi/c001/
One version has Roy's normal hair, the other has Roy's hair colored as Al's, which makes the textures stand out much more.
Enjoy!

The beautiful woman of Sacae brings the dragonslaying Sol Katti!
I wanted all three FE7 lords to have their final weapons, and Lyndis only had the Sol Katti on her nostalgia model, so I figured I'd give it to her Brawl import model as well.
I took the handle from Amarythe's Nostalgia Lyn and used ds22's Lyndis. I also retextured the handle to match what it looks like in the spritesheet, mostly blue with one dot of yellow.
Note: The Sol Katti's guard is attached to her hand, only noticable when she claps in her No Contest animation. I'll fix that once I figure out how. The handle also clips through her hand a little, which is only noticable if you pause and look at her. Not noticable in the match itself.

Please download this if you downloaded V2 and happen to like these textures more.
(In the first two pictures, left is old while right is new)
Has a rapier, Durandal, and a lance just like V2. Read V2 to learn more about the creation process and the people I borrowed from during it.
I never took a good look at the concept art's colors when texturing this, the irony being that I was trying to mirror the concept art most when making Eliwood. Well, it's all fixed, most notably the hair.
Changes:
-Boots are brighter, bottoms are now brown.
-Bright yellow is more consistent instead of dull in some areas.
-Hair is no longer a painfully-bright red, now it matches a mix between the concept art and Project M Roy.
This is the final version of Eliwood I will release, unless I release team colors, more weapons, and icons/portraits in the future. I tried various programs, such as DasDonkey, Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, and Anim8tor to attempt to remove both the clipping collar and the yellow X on his back, as well as remove a little hair to stop it from clipping in the back of the crown, but none of my efforts worked despite following tutorials fully. I ask that someone please help me with this if they have the time and the knowledge as well as some hair help if they are willing.
The rapier and lance work best on Marth, while Durandal works well on Marth and surprisingly-well on any Roy PSA. The sheathing taunt for all three weapons is glitchy, yet hilarious if you pause and look at them on Marth. If you dislike new changes, but still like it more than the old version, feel free to mix-and-match and edit textures as you like. Enjoy!

**EDIT: Be sure to check out the texture at http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=202803 to decide which you like more before using**
The manly marquess of Pherae and father of Roy has been improved greatly! Now with new weapons instead of a Sword of Seals recolor, a removed chestplate and gem to match his concept art, and no more weird GIMP textures like my last one.
The rapier and lance work best on Marth's moveset, while Durandal works surprisingly-well on any Roy PSA. The rapier has a sheath, while Durandal and the lance do not.
Looks much better in-game than in these screenshots. They are stretched and JPEG'ing really kills the hair.
If anyone is willing to:
-Rig Durandal Eliwood onto Ike
-Help me fix the hair
-Make the rapier more accurate
-Make their own PSA for Durandal Eliwood
Then feel free to do so. In fact, I encourage it, and would greatly appreciate it.
Everything made here is from parts and textures from:
-Alses's Azure Marths
-5thhero's Eliwood
-NxZ! & PIK's FAYT
-Weyard's Ephraim
-My first Eliwood release
I retextured and swapped around parts for hours on end for these three Eliwood models.
There never was much love for Eliwood on the Vault, and now he brings the blazing sword Durandal to join his lord pals in the Brawl!
The models are almost 100% accurate, but there are a few touches I cannot figure out that I will be sure to work on once I do.
Known bugs:
-Sheathing any of the weapons looks weird. It shortens the blade of the rapier to a tiny tip, makes most of Durandal disappear, and makes the lance a bit different. This only happens during the sheath and the weapons resume their normal form afterwards, and it's only a problem with one of Marth's non-PSA taunts, so it's not too big an issue.
