What has science done this time? Well I don't know what science did but I know I made an OC, which you can read about here: http://ephraim225.deviantart.com/#/d4m1fh8
It's actually a mod of both Bowser and Giga Bowser but they're intended to be used together so both are included in the download. Note that the animation files (FitKoopaMotion) need to be inserted into common4_en.pac or they won't work. Also, I'm aware that the models disappear during certain attacks; this is because of the way Bowser's original model worked. I've edited that to the best of my ability but I know they still disappear during Up+B and a few others. I'll update this once I figure that out.

It's Bowser inflated like a Balloon! He can use his bloated belly to attack enemies! At maximum size, only the largest stages can contain him! Unfortunately for the other characters, this balloon doesn't pop. What did you think this was, Mario Party?
Try the taunts, they're SWELL.
NOTE: For Riivolution users, the MotionEtc file won't work normally; you have to insert it into common4_en.pac.

It's Heat Man's stage, from Mega Man 2! Complete with those disappearing blocks everyone loves so much! And they're even more annoying than before, because if you're standing on a block when it teleports, YOU teleport WITH the block. Fun!
Goes over Final Destination unless you have a .REL file.
Update 4/22/2011: Fixed the spawn points, which were originally causing Pokémon to be unable to move.
