[Stage - Texture, Vertex, Import - Green Hill Zone]
Update-Fixed Background planet color errors.
I fixed and re-uploaded this stage due to the rushed feeling it has when played.So here is a new version of windy hill from SSB4.
Has rel for green hill zone. Can go over Final destination with no rel.
