[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Pikachu]
As part of the 20th Anniversary of Pokemon!! here is a buffed Pikachu, almost all of his moves are stronger (just a bit to keep it balanced) with some changes:
Back aerial: has more hits and is electric
Down aerial: meteor attack now (pic 1)
Neutral B: paralyzes (but not much time)
Side B: Hits harder does more shield damage and paralyzes (not much time), and if the target has enough damage (like 90%) you can hit him/her with another move (pic 2)
Down B: Thunder does a little more damage, and if you are close to Pikachu you'll get a harder hit, or your shield broken
Final Smash: stronger, has larger hitbox (pic 3), sends opponets upwards, so in a way is more maneuverable and effective.
That´s all, Pikachu is stronger and more useful now, hope you like it
