Based on what I would wanted ganon moveset to be, I marked a bunch of collabs because I just compiled different moves from here and there and just added little details. The video preview is up, just shows a fight of ganon against "capt. Falcon".

vBrawl Balance Improvement (Haunter) by Ebola16, turbobear, Carnage with credit to secretchaos1
[Character - Texture, Vertex, Moveset (PSA) - Meta Knight]

Haunter originally had an explosion added to his AttackAirN attack. I replaced this attack with Metaknight's AttackAirN (no explosion) for better balance in a Brawlex build. This moveset does a pretty good job at recreating Haunter's moves and also utilizes Luigi's Negative Zone. Compatible with most default boneset Metaknight costumes. This download only contains the moveset and motion files. Thanks to secretchaos1 for the GFX porting.

Harrier FS for Snake by Carnage with credit to EternalYoshi for the Harrier model and Alejandro MiddleCorn for the video.

You must use the Models (pac/pcs) provided or else no Harrier model.

Hold the Attack button(A) to fire the Machine Gun.

Press the Special button(B) to fire missiles.

This FS gives you a Controllable Harrier you can move around the stage shooting bullets and missiles, snake will Fall down if starting the FS in the Air until it touches the ground due to technical reasons, so dont start the FS offstage.

Metal Gear Rex FS Beta 1.1 by Carnage with credit to Alejandro MiddleCorn for the video.
[Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Solid Snake]

Added Extra snake models with the Metal Gear Rex model (liquid,solidus,psx,mgs3,oldsnake), and instructions how to add it on your own.

You need to use the models(pac and pcs) provided or else no Metal Gear Rex model.

This FS gives you a controllable Metal Gear Rex for 20 seconds

Metal gear Rex can move left and right and Jump.

Fire bullets by holding the shield button.

Fire a missile upward by doing Up Special(Up+B)

Fire Lazer Foward by doing Down (Down+B)

Stomp/kick by pressing the attack button(A)

If anyone can record a video i would apreciate and credit the person,looking for animator to do some good looking Metal Gear Rex animations becuase mine are underwhelming to say the least.

I can add the Metal gear model to other snake models, just ask below and i will add it when i can

V2.3 Falco Arwing FS by Carnage with credit to Mortimer for guidence,Kitsu-chan for the video.

V2.3 Added the airwing exit to be FalcoFinalAir and a looped airwing sound for the engine.

V2.2 Just made the reverse direction automaticaly no more need to press the jump button.

V2.1 Just added falco FS sound "Personaly I Prefer the Air!"

V1Hold the attack button(A) to shoot.

Press Shield to do a barrel roll for big melee damage.

Falco always prefered the Air so this FS gives him an controllable Arwing which can move,shoot and barrel roll all over the place.

Flygon(Pokemon R/S/E) Psa V1 Recolours Added by Carnage, Revan with credit to Superlucario603 for the Moveset, and Iwvi,Flygon,Bluebreon and Soneek for the models.
[Character - Import, Moveset (PSA) - Pit]

Alternate recolours fixed so they wont break on the result screen.

Recolours were added redownload.
A video would be great if anyone can make one.
Flygon uses his gfx from the enemy tautau so you can brawlex flygon without any fear of gfx glitches.


Fury Cutter (Jab)- Simply claws the opponent 3 times.

Dragon Claw (Side-tilt)- Leans forward and slashes the opponent with a weak dragon claw.

Ice punch (d-tilt)- leans down and ice punchs the ground, freezing nearby oponents

Wing attack (u-tilt)- rotates and Extends a wing upwards and swipes it.

Dash Attack- charizard's

Fire punch (Forward smash)- lauches a fire punch foward.

Flamethrower (Up Smash)- Looks upwards and releases a flame upward.

Earth Power (Down smash)- Stands face towards camera legs spread and stomps into the ground, one leg at a time causing mini eruptions from the ground on either side of him

N-Air- charizard's.

Wing attack (F-Air)- Swoops forward in a gliding motion with silver wings.

Rock Tomb (D-Air)- Stops moving midair and looks down, then shoots a rock downward.

Thunder Punch (U-Air)- multi hit move upward.

Dragon Tail (B-Air)- Spins around vertically, 360° with his tail extended, similar to Lucas's B-air. Meteor Smash effect on the tip.

Ground Special Attacks
SuperPower (Neutral Special)- Long charge time, similar to Marth's and full body tackles the opponent with a large red glow (10% low, 15% medium, 20% high charge)
Earthquake (Down Special)- Charges up and stomps on the ground with Similar animation to Earth Power, only jumps and lands with both feet with medium range, knocking the opponent in the air for a potential combo starter (13%)
Dragon Pulse (Side Special)- Releases a blue purple beam from his mouth with medium range, but high knockback (12%)
Solarbeam (Up Special)- Shoots a large beam of green light directly up, dealing multiple (about 4-5) small hits (3% per hit, minimal knockback to ensure hits)
solar beam seems so unfiting for a flygon

Dragon pulse(Neutral special)- is shoots a bulish orb which can be controlled, its a slower and more powerful pit arrow.

Dragon Claw(side Special)- this move has 3 charges it works similar to Ike side special, the longer you charge the farther you will go and harder you will hit, if you fail to hit in the air you will go into helpless.

Sand Thomb(down Special)- it creates a sand effect infront of flygon which does multihits.

Fly (Up Special)- Primary recovery move, flies around in any direction the player chooses for about 3 seconds, similar to Pit's up special.

Draco Meteor(Final Smash)- its a buffed Pit FS with metors that have a fire trail

Mega Man (BrawlEx GFX and SFX fixes) by ShinF, Carnage, Nebulon with credit to KTH, LJSTAR, mariodk, ads15, xxgbcxx, SouthCraft, Blase005 made some animations/effects, Bluebreon and Spex130
[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Ness]

A mod of the Mega Man PSA created by KTH, LJSTAR, mariodk, ads15, xxgbcxx and SouthCraft. The modifications to this moveset places its sound effects over Petey Pirahna so that when used with BrawlEx, Mega Man and Ness can coexist and each have their own sounds. In addition, he has his graphics fixed so that they don't conflict with Ness' graphics.

There is one minor bug where when in a match with Ness, Mega Man will say PK Fire when using his Buster or Crash Bomb. I haven't yet found a way to prevent this, so if anyone knows how, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

The Download comes with only the necessities, which includes both the moveset file and soundbank, as well as a BrawlEx Fighter Config. If you make your own Fighter Config for it, be sure to set it to soundbank 139. To get the models and Motion files, you still need to download the original moveset, which can be found here:


Just to be very clear, we did not make this moveset. We merely edited it to prevent conflicts with Ness in BrawlEx.

Virus Groudon (Jirachi Wish Maker) by Aura Sphere, Carnage with credit to Shiny Mammoth, RevenantGenesis, Aafyre and Anivernage
[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import - Bowser]

Commonly known as "Virus Groudon", the Groudon that appears in the movie "Jirachi Wish Maker". If you download the original model and its PSA (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=30354), created by the 3 mentioned as the collaborators, you'll find two smooth textured Groudon. When they grab the Smash Ball, their texture changes to that of Virus Groudon. All I did was open that up in brawlbox and replace that Groudon's default texture with his FS texture, so he always looks like Virus Groudon.

Still not sure how to make the eyes completely yellow (as hard as I tried) without having a Smash Ball. Anyone who can is more than welcome to.

Dash Attack: Dragonite does a corkscrew and flies forward.
A Combo: Head Smash, Tail Attack
Forward A: A swift kick.
Down A: Dragonite sweeps the opponent with his tail.
Up A: N/A

Side Smash: Dragonite dashes forward and slams the horn on his head into opponents in front of him.
Up Smash: Dragonite flies up, then tucks in his wings and spins out.
Down Smash: A tail attack on both sides.

Neutral A: Dragonite spreads his wings causing damage.
Forward A: Dragonite does a headbutt.
Up A: Dragonite turns toward the screen, then flies upward and backflips, dealing damage with his entire body.
Down A: A downward tail attack.
Back A: Dragonite flips around and slams his wing behind him.

Special N: [Hyper Beam] Dragonite shoots a huge blast of powerful energy for decent amount of time. The attack will also have an increadible cooldown at 140 frames.
Special Forward: [Whirlwind] A press and hold attack, Dragonite flys slightly above the ground, then sends out continious bursts of strong wind, dealing damage every couple seconds.
Special Hi: [Fly] (The beginning stage of this attack will be like Pits) Dragonite Flys up with a degree of control. (The second part of this attack hasnt been fully thought out yet. But it has a few ideas. One is that when you press a specific button, Dragonite will do a different attack out of his Fly. Down B would be where he stomped down to the ground. Like how Fly works in the pokemon games.
Special Lw: [Outrage] A Press and Hold Stance, where Dragonite goes crazy and starts rabidly attacking with various attacks. Dragonite can move forward, turn around while using Outrage. Dragonite will aslo take a percentage of damage for every few seconds he's using outrage.

Yoshi Psa (SMS/SMG2) by Carnage

The only diferences from brawl yoshi are

Special Low on the ground only
yoshi turns purple and spits juice and multi hits like in SMS

Special Hi on the air only
Yoshi turns blue and works like the blimp yoshi on SMG2 you can control if he floates to the left or right and you can make him pop by pressing shield and he will do a small hitbox around him if you shield cancel it

Side Special both air and ground
Yoshi turns red like the dash yoshi and rushes foward it works like fox and falco side B but with fire damage

Shielding- since i used bb psa yoshi shield no longer is the egg but a normal shield since bb psa makes yoshi shield freeze so he uses a normal shield but the shield doesnt loose size but it weakens and since you cant see the egg color unless you roll you have to be carefull to not break the shield

Side Special-if he uses sideb on the ground he will do a wierd belly flop landing after the move i dkn how to take it out i tryed everything.

Jab -a single strong bite like ganon only one jab

up tilt- a vicios headbut starting low until the top

down tilt- a lower bite

side tilt- iron tail a side taill swipe

dash attack - he pushes all his body foward and hits the opoenet witha stong headbutt.

up smash-iron head- gyardoes gets his head in position and launges a violent headbut

Side smash ice fang- moves foward doing a powerfull bite that does frost damage

down smash- earthquake he slaps his taill hard in the ground causing damage on the ground ony on both sides

Neutral Air- whirllpool apears around him doing multihits

Foward air - Aqua taill

Down air- Stone edje gyarados sends a bolder down abit

Up air -rock smash gyrados breaks charizard bolder over its head

back air- tail swipe

Up special-Bounce its preety much like DDD he jumps up then crashes down

Neutral special- twister gyarados will create a twister and send it foward following the ground its an edited mario fire ball so its reflectable its a true projectile.

Side Special Dragon tail- Dragon taill works like marios cape by switching the oponents around and projectiles

Down special- Hydro pump edited mario fludd to become a charged water move and it will do damage instead of pushing ppl back.

FS hyper beam- Fires a beam foward

down taunt- Dragon dance is a taunt with 150 frames and if you pull it off without being interrupted all your moves will do 4% extra damage, all the moves except throws,Neutral air,DownB,NeutralB and FS.

groudon got his FS finaly it works like entei pokeball attack i had to reduce most graphics textures so i wouldnt get a freeze its not very noticable in most of them except his fire blast graphic that now looks kinda white well enjoy groudon not turning into Giga bowser anymore.

New update this typhlosion now has a FS and i made all his GFX load from an enemy effect.pac named Popperam so if your using brawlex he wont have any gfx glitches when fighting link or any link clone.

Still no .rel needed, but soon I'll update this with a rel to port him over Olimar for those who dont want to replace Link.

So I have been working on this PSA for a while, and im hoping that everyone likes him. Typhlosion needed a lot of work since the last version, but this one is much better and much cleaner.


Dash Attack: Typhlosion leaps out and tackles with his fiery maine.
A Combo: Slash, Slash, Bite
Forward A: Typhlosion Smashes his maine into whoever is in front of him.
Down A: A quick bite.
Up A: Typhlosion jumps up and shoots out his maine above him.

Side Smash: Typhlosion throws his head down and explodes a Blast Burn in front of him.
Up Smash: Typhlosion looks straight up and shoots Flamethrower above him for several frames.
Down Smash: A bursting fire attack that damages both sides.

Neutral A: Typhlosion curls up and spins several times.
Forward A: Typhlosion engulfs himself in fire and flips forward.
Up A: After lighting up his maine, typhlosion smashes it upward doing massive damage.
Down A: A fast, spinout attack that does fire damage.
Back A: A backwards kick with both legs.

Special N: [Fire Blast] A three stage charge move (technically 4) that when charged fully shoots an immense Fire Blast (Previous stages are Lava Plume)
Special Forward: [Flame Wheel] Typhloison loads up, then shoots forward while being curled up and cloaked in flames.
Special Hi: [Fire Spin] Typhlosion bursts with fire and flys upward.
Special Lw: [Nitro Charge] A quick fire attack that spins Typhlosion on his stomach several times while covered in Fire.

Chun-Li PSA over Zelda by Kagemaru, Carnage

Edit: Download link was reported mssed up, but it should be fixed now.

The Chun-Li PSA thats been long awaited. Sorry it took so long but I had to do a lot of testing to fix the issues I could because I ran into a lot actually.

There is a slight error that only computers seem to do which causes them to teleport at certain points. I have no idea what causes this because I could not replicate it as a human. She also has a glitch where her down special in the air keeps her invulnerable. Cannot fix this. If anyone can, that would be great.

Update 2
Includes a modified brawlex files for those who dont know how to change them so ridley brawlex files gives him 3 jabs,his own soundbank using boss ridley soundbank and metroid franchise icon.
Update: includes crony fixes which are some better gfxs among other misc things.

BRAWLEX files included, which will work perfectly with no GFX glitches when facing CF for everyone who wants ridley to have its own slot, instructions on the readme inside Brawlex ridley.

This is ridley Final version wich draws heavy inspiration from SSBC Ridley moveset, he has now :

- new attacks
-lots of animation revamps
-can glide
- its own FS
-it Includes tons of CSS stuff and now it has recolours to fill all slots.

The only charizard animations left are the wins and 2 taunts if they are made i will update this in the future.
