[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA) - Jigglypuff]
Don't know how to fix Up+B problem.
Update: The FitPurin.pac won't read in PSA (Project Smash Attacks) so don't report
Note: Applies to all ports and original
Update [8/19/12]: if your having problems with playing with the black ryu, rename FitPurin05.pcs/pac to FitPurin02, Hope that helps.
