    Sonic Generations character textures aren't that big.
    They're normally 512x512 or 256x256.

    Nano, there's a clean button, I believe, for animations. Try using that.

    they fit just perfectly except the legs. i had to make them a bit longer.

    Also "Old-school" Sonic is a better name for him!!
