=.=; Okay, so I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but for some reason, whenever I attempt to make a .pac file for characters that NEED it, the game ends up freezing anyway.

Aren't I just supposed to open the texture's .pcs file in BrawlBox and then save it as a .pac? Because I've been doing exactly that, and it doesn't work :/

Here's one example of a texture I'd like to use: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=18034

So yeah, if someone could help me out here, I'd really appreciate it Grin

Make sure that it isn't compressing the .pac. The .pac should be larger than the .pcs.

Save the file as a pair file, it will generate a correct pac file

Really? Saving it as a pair file works? I'll have to try that out, because everytime I saved it as an actual .pac file, it would be the same size as the .pcs and freeze the game. I'll give that a shot. Thanks Grin

You'll have to make sure that the files are under the file size limit, which varies depending on what kind of pacs you're using

Ah. Well, I'm not familiar with the file size limits, but the vertex that I wanted to work is working fine now, so I'm guessing it's okay Tongue Thanks, guys

Saving a pcs as a pac always screws it up, just so you know~

Even when the .pac file is compressed, character or not, it still works for me  Cheesy

But if you're talking to Helter Skelter it's pretty much resolved already.
