Hello KC,
I am fairly (very fairly) new to this site and to character hacking in general. I've never had the tools or know-how. I'm wanting to get started by editing the default characters.
I was wondering if someone could give me a very basic tutorial of how to edit a characters height / weight. I was looking around the vault and found a young zelda and a saria that are smaller than the characters they are textured over and it made me want to try it. I was hoping to learn how to do this myself.
I've looked around in the help section and (maybe I'm blind) but didn't find a tutorial about how to do this. If someone would be kind enough to help me with this it would be great.
P.S. All I have is BrawlBox. I'm thinking for size (height / width) it should be just a simple matter of changing some numbers in the characters "FitX.pac" file but I can't seem to find what numbers they are XD

Ok, thank you, I will give that a shot.
I do have a concern though: I've downloaded a texture for the character I am wanting to edit and the texture already came with fitmotionect file (no I'm not messing around with someone elses texture). If I make my own fit motion file to resize the default character wont it replace the one I downloaded (and therefore the downloaded texture wont work right)?

In the motionetc.pac? or the FitXXX00.pac? Where can I find the Sword Bone to resize it? Can this be done with Brawlbox?

u do it with the motion file and u do use brawl box as for the sword u will need to experiment to find it. unless it happens to be an article

@Wolfric You first rename the bones in the model so that the edited FitMotion.pac changes that character's size only and no one else. Open the FitMotion.pac, right click, and click "New Bone Animation." Rename the bone to your liking. If the bone has rotations, export the rotations of the normal bone and replace the new bone animation with that and then edit the size to your liking.

Arg,. I scaled the sword M bone in the FitIke00.pcs the sword was supposedly to be 100% larger (for testing) but nothing happened
Then I did the same with the Sword N bone,.
The sword still in the same size
