But that would ruin the pupil texture's movement, right?
that is indeed true... it WOULD ruin the pupils eye movement... which is why i really wanted to wait till there was a true fix for the next BB release to have transparent textures fixed.

Then perhaps you should just give it a wait, and try working on a simpler model that people would also like. You can't rush art.

well... i shouldve been done with Nova already... but... ehh ya some stuff got on my mind... anyways here's a latest preview of Nova... Also, skyloft has been canceled due to the high vertice count it has which made it lag big time then freeze

Why don't you try deleting the polygons that aren't facing the camera and unnecesary detail? That should be enough to redue the lag.

and now nova's .max file got corrupted!! edit: @Vert: if u mean for Skyloft, i cant cause there's polygons in the background that shares the same textures in the foreground of the stage
